The tournament will be held at the Ciudad de la Raqueta, on the outskirts of Madrid.

A service of free Shuttle buses will be available to take players to the venue on Friday and Saturday mornings with a two stops route. Buses will depart from the official hotel, NH Alonso Martínez, will stop at Plaza Castilla and drop players at the tennis venue. Please find here the running schedule (for both Friday and Saturday) is:


First bus
Departs at 7.15 from the NH Alonso Martínez (official hotel); stops at Plaza Castilla at 7.30 and arrives at the venue at 7.45

Second bus
Departs at 8.45 from the NH Alonso Martínez; stop at Plaza Castilla at 9.00 and arrive to the venue at 9.15

Third and last bus
Departs at 10.15 from the NH Alonso Martínez, stops at Plaza Castilla at 10.30 and arrives to the venue at 10.45

How to get to the tennis venue by public transportation:

Take bus 178 from Plaza de Castilla (metro lines 1, 9 and 10). The bus departs every 15 minutes (aprox.) from platform 43, which is located in the street-level bus station.
Get off at bus stop number 3634 Monasterio Huelgas – Monasterio Paular. The trip can take you around 15 minutes.
